Hello!

I’m putting up for sale some treasured Albion moat blades which have been sitting around collecting dust for a few years now. I don’t have the skill to really finish them properly and I’ve decided it’s time to pass them on to someone who can.

These are factory second blades, fully ground, heat-treated and sharpened by Albion. They all had varying degrees of rust when I received them, which I removed with Krud Kutter. Two of the swords also have minor defects, which are detailed below. Final polishing will also be required. Asking price is $500 US each +$30 shipping CONUS (combined shipping available).

First up is an Agincourt or Ringeck blade. There are small patches of rust pitting present on the blade, and the original tip is bent and will need to be ground off (though it should still have a very sharp point even after this is done).

Second is a Knight or Caithness blade. As before, there are small patches of rust pitting at various points on the blade. There is also a small amount of edge damage, with a pair of small rolls or indentations near the center of percussion.

The last is a St. Maurice blade. The blade was heavily rusted when I received it, and is pitted across its entire surface. This blade would therefore probably be best suited for a project with an “antiqued” effect. There are some very small tool marks on the blade (which I hadn’t even noticed until I looked it over before making this post), otherwise there are no other flaws or a defects that I have observed.
