Blade is from the Windlass Flank Officers sabre and the hilt a custom version of the American revolution sabre.
Blade is 30.5 inches long, grip length is just over four inches. Glances at 6.5 inches. Tapers from 7MM to just under 2MM. Bluing is not cheap ink, and fairly durable. Etching is well defined and looks great. In handling it compares very well to antiques swords of the same style.
