This custom sallet by Jiri Lucius is made of 2mm steel and is of two piece welded construction.
It features a visor/brow reinforce that not only locks closed, but also open, which is not commonly seen.
Both the sallet and bevor are strapped and lined.
I’d estimate size as good for 57–61 cm / about 22–24 inches, but of course this always depends on the dimensions of your head, whether you wear another arming cap or scarf, and so on.
Finish is satin, and is coated in wax.
This piece is located in New Zealand, and will ship via NZ Post at cost with full insurance.
