Rapier
Late 16th Century Spain
This utilitarian rapier boasts a severely pointed blade with twin fullers and a 2" long ricasso. All-steel hardware consists of straight quillons with decorative end buttons, oval-shaped pommel, three piece curved knucklebow, 2.5" upper port, 1.75" lower port, and 4" wide counter guards. The grip is wound with iron wire.

Companion to the Corsair Rapier, this all-steel parrying dagger has a single-fullerd blade with large ricasso block, wire bound handle, a single anneau, pommel of oval shape, and wide quillons terminated in decorative buttons.

Rapier and Dagger are in very good shape. This set was purchased in the mid/later 90's. Blades are in near-new condition. Dagger in particular is pristine. Hilt of rapier has been allowed to patinate but can be polished new again if you so desired. I like the semi-antique look, myself.
