Time to downsize my collection a bit.

A broad flat bladed takouba with a nice bronze pommel. This example has some unusual leather work on the hilt which may point to a Cameroon area origin.

Flexible blade with some visible pitting. The scabbard has wear and tear and is not in perfect shape, wear particularly to top with losses to leather (typical for these swords and this age) and losses to tip. The metal throat is separated but the metal work intact.

Overall 86cm.

Asking 200 USD/150 EUR.

Shipping is from Czech Republic via standard parcel post. Within Europe likely 15-20 EUR to the US likely 20-30 EUR range.
