I have tried this before, but it is worth another shot. Does anyone have one of the old model khyber knives by Windlass that were sold through Atlanta Cutlery until the early '90's when they were discontinued? They were rather plain in the design with a black horn grip, a pronounced t-rib along the spine of the blade, and a black scabbard that swallowed most of the grip. Deepeeka still makes a version, but the lines on the Windlass model were much nicer. I expect this is a long shot, but let me know if you have one you would like to part with.
