Cleaning out the house, I was originally intending on putting this piece together on a larger staff to make a pole hammer of it, but it appears that I won't have the opportunity to do so. That said, I would like to move it along to someone who might enjoy it.

This is a horseman's/single handed use hammer, 26" long overall from tip to spike, 6" from the hammer face to the tip of the back spike. Imported from Icefalcon Armoury, and although not absolutely the most beautiful piece, it is well made and sturdy with forged as opposed to cast components (which I was notably impressed to see at this price point).
