St. Maurice Sword of Turin By Del Tin – Model 2130 for Sale- Mint Condition
The sword as produced by Del Tin is a heavy duty type 10 (Oakeshott typology), designed with heavy combat against mail armored opponents in mind. The broad, wide blade has a deep fuller that runs nearly the full length of the blade.
The blade has the typical Del Tin dark grey appearance, as does the guard and pommel. The grip is covered by a black leather wrap, and is relatively short; a large hand fits tightly between guard and pommel (also keeping true to type). However, it is not an uncomfortable grip, in fact, in dry handling and in chopping/cutting practice it is quite serviceable/comfortable as is.
The Sword has not been sharpened. It has never been used or worn in costume events. The blade is in the same mint condition as it was when it was delivered from the factory.
