Both are excellent knives from a historic maker; following the celebrity of Jim Bowie's sandbar fight, there was an explosion of demand for "bowie" knives in America, and much of it was supplied by Sheffield. Sheffield's been a knife making guild and steel center in England for several hundred years, and do impressive work.
9" bowie was bought 2 years ago, for 163 pounds (about 300 US), and the 12" for 290 pounds (about 580 US). I'm looking for 200 USD for the 9" and 400 for the 12". Any further questions or requests for pictures, let me know.
