A broken 15th Century gothic sword. Could be used as a project or something, I don't know. The crossguard is kind of nice.

may i ask who is the maker and how did it get broken?
darksword armoury, and it broke during cutting tests. the tang must have been weak.
Of course it broke with a toothpick tang like that. Anyone who would have made that in the middle ages would have been boiled alive.

Kenneth,
This forum is not for discussion of anything besides the sale itself: questions and answers between seller and potential buyers. Please read the forum rules.
If you'd like to start a discussion on the pros/cons of a tang like this, please feel free to do so in one of the other forums.
Thanks!
