Got back from the Toronto knife show and I wanted to share some pictures with you guys.
It was a great show, great people and exellent work from some of the finest knifemakers in Canada, and in the world.
I was stuck at my table most of the time, so there is not a lot of pictures, sorry...

I also find the Big Forged one to be quite good actually
It's a strong piece, phisically and visually. Big and heavy. Those integral knives are quite liberating to make.
I'll work on seaths for it and for the sax too. I'll have to make time, things don't seems to calm down over here. One of the big changes will be to move the shop to a new location and keep working at the same time feewww...

The stands are a really nice touch as well. Emphasizes the art value of the pieces (I think). The give the knives a nice visual element in the photos and add depth to the images. A good use of contrasting elements to draw and hold the eye.
