Greetings, dear friends!
A friend of mine is going to make a replica from this armour suite (1510):

Currently we are making some research to find leg armour that will give the best fit to the suite (please, see the desirable shape in the attachement). We looked through Bildindex.de, through some private photo-galleries (Kunshistorisches Museum in Wien, Royal Armoury at Leeds, Tower of London) - but found very few authentic suits which we could use as samples. The most possible one - tournament armour for foot combat of Henry VIII. The problem is - it's a little bit late (1540) and of different style.
Are there any better examples, in your opinion?
Any help will be appreciated very much as circa 16 is not popular amoung our Russian living-history enthusiasts.
