Yep. It does. Merv has it right. He's posting a link elsewhere and not really a discussion about arms and armour. It's more of a "head's up pointer" rather than a discussion. :)
If he were to post the link and then start a discussion about things, then it would be about "historical arms and armour" but as it is, it's a discussion about a link/web-site.

Aha..i see the difference.
