Blade came from a MRL Celtic sword.Fittings are mild steel.
Here are the stats:

Blade length is 29 in.,width is 1 1/2 in.
The grip is 4 in.,and the overall length is 36 in.

Is this blade sharp? Also, what is the grip wrap?

The blade is not sharpened but,it would be no problem to put a edge on it .
The hilt is wraped in hemp cord.
