"Das Wiener bürgerliche Zeughaus (the vienna civil armoury). 1977, out of print. In German. 307 pp, 104 full page colour and b/w pictures. Exhibition catalogue from the huge exhibition in Schloss Schallaburg in Melk. The civil armoury in Vienna is, beside the famous Hofburg exhibition with its Hapsburg armour, one of the biggest collections of gothic arms and armour in the world. Some hundred Ahlspiess, halberds, dozens of gothic breastplates, 68 (!!) original pavese of the 15th century in a unbelievable condition. This book is extremely rare, and has been printed only in small edition. A seldom chance which you shouldn't let pass."

Like-new condition. Note the price in the recently completed eBay auction was $132 including shipping to USA. My price is much lower than this. Text is in German and is very, very detailed, including stats, measurements, blade markings, etc.
