Pichangatti is a utility knife from Coorg. All the Pichagatti’s I have seen looks like the one on the picture.
The steel grip is silver plated with decorations. The blade is broad and heavy with punched decorations along the spine. The scabbard is made of wood with decorated silver mounts and brass. A silver chain is attached to the scabbard.
Total length 29 cm. Length of blade 18 cm.
