angus trim edges
From several close-up pictures, it appears that most angus trim blades have a secondary bevel right (1 or 2 mm in width) at the edge.

Can someone please confirm if this is true?

Just curious,

Dustin

Yes, that's true..........

The edge geometry depends on the type of sword, and is appropriate for the sword type's useage.......

ie, a sword for unarmored longsword use will have a more acute edge than a warsword, who's edge should be able to survive "incidental" hard contact with armor.........
