I got this piece from a collector out of Western Pakistan, he thinks it is a spearhead, but I think it is a pole-arm. Any help you guys can give would be greatly appreciated. I have more pictures that show some detail work on this piece. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Spearhead. Eight-and-a-half inches is too short a blade to be called anything else, really, despite the similarity in shape to the European "partisan" polearm.
Of course, technically, a spear is a polearm...
