I am looking for parts to assemble small swords, gurrds, knuckle bows, pommels and such... Does anyone have suggestion or links to sources? I have not had much luck with goggle. Thanks

You can try here for starters: http://www.amfence.com/html/smallswords.html

Roy Najecki also carries some smallsword hilt parts. I like the looks of his boat-shaped guard. Here's the link: http://www.najecki.com/repro/Sword.html
