Great day at the Nashville Civil War show!
Well,

Well among thousands of antique civil war memorabilia I had the opportunity to see and handle some really great antiques, including.....

(Pat Donnelly was there, these are pictures from his webpage. I was able to handle all of them in person today!)

I also saw many fine 18th century hangers, a few (revolutionary war) British officers sabres, a extremely nice and expensive smallsword, 1 Black Watch Basket Hilted Backsword, and 4 18th century Scottish baskethilts. Even though I'm not a big civil war buff, I had a good time and learned a few new things. And I even bought me a new 18th century hanger!
