i'm thinking of buying a used bugei dragonfly that has been rewrap by the owner but i;m a newbie so i can;t really tell if the wrap is anygood. can anyone help me out? thanks

Hello!

Classic design, very good work. I only have a little doubt about the wight of the wrap strip. It seems a little narrower to me.
But this doesn't change the things!

This is not best picture in the world, but the weapons aren't replicas.
Note the wight of the wrap strip - it's wider, I think
