Dominique in short order 1) I don't know . A shot of the blade would help.
2,3,4) are all still being made for the tourist trade, decorating, ect by a company in Spain(the name escapes me) and don't have any appreciable value. In fact when I was younger I used to have #2(bought from Dixie Gun Works who may still sell them) and #3 that I got from a cutlery store in the mall.

Ok thanks, just curiuos whats hanging on my parents wall, you never know.....been there since i was born. But i think all of them are tourist stuff.
