Can you gif us an idea about the type of helmet the period?? Anything!!?

Hm. Aaron, iron age(belt)? What time period would that be? I have the feeling that you guys have an different devinition of the iron age then I do. For me the Iron age would be something like 800 > 50 BC...

Folkert,
I cannot give you any specifics just yet, but I am really interested in Roman arms and armour and of course their enemies armour too. I had thought as you said, that there is not much in the way of Celtic items around, which is a shame as there so many wonderful pieces extant, so that was put on the list of things to do and add to the website. I am still researching at the present time , but I will let you know as items are made 
By the way, I think that the generally accepted period for the iron age is about 500 - 100 BC, though it does differ in certain areas.

Then in what culture and timeperiod would these belt "clasps" go?

Of course !
I do have a few possibilities, but I would certainly be interested to hear what you might like to see, then we will see if it is possible / practical 
Regarding the belt buckles, they or very similar ones, were used by the Romans I am told, and they continue right through the migration period, probably Viking period and into the medieval era . They may well have been used after that as well ? But I would say that the main period that they are probably normally associated with is late Roman , Saxon and mirgation era.

Hello folks,
Unfortunately I do not get much internet time these days, so this has taken a bit of time to get posted. But I have finally been able to add some of the things that I have made in recent months to the website.yippeeee... But I still have more to add.....
Anyway, as stated in an earlier post I have made a couple of phrygian 'cap' helmets, and here as requested and promised, is a photograph of the taller two examples. I still have to polish and photograph the smaller one, but will post a picture when I have done so.
