"Spare parts" hunting sword
Finished another home improvements project. This one's made from a cut-down Medieval Fightclub "mini sabre" blade which (along with the securing nut) is the only part I bought new for the project; everything else was made from spare parts I'd accumulated over the past six or seven years, thus the title.

As usual, the full writeup is on my blog.
Nicely done!
Looks great, very good job!
Thanks. I'm generally happy with it; always liked these little ones.
I adopted this little guy last year. A wicked grind for a little fishy.

Very handsome, and that point does look very "effective."

If I get enough practice to do it cleanly, I might some day regrind the new kid's blade to add a little more profile taper like most of the originals seem to have.
