It's no secret that I'm a big fan of Arms and Armor's products. I needed to talk to Craig about a couple of things and so I gave them a call. He spent like a half hour letting me bend his ear about various and sundry subjects. I've been fortunate to meet some very nice people through this hobby and Craig and the guys in Minnesota are definitely on the nice guy list. If you need to talk to those guys about their products give them a call!

Although its been a while since I've purchased anything from anybody, when I had A&A do a custom job, Craig was always willing to patiently listen to my thoughts. Perhaps more importantly, he was always willing to share his own stories and experiences. Unfortunately that sword moved to a new home (as did a few others), but its sacrifice is helping finance grad school and the expereince helped me grow in this hobby.

Thanks, Craig.

That's a good point Joe, he took the time to go into detail to explain some polishing stuff to me. He saved me a whole heck of a lot of trial and error time by doing that.
