18th-c. dagger for comments
Here's an all-steel antique dagger upon which I recently did some minor work -- mostly tightening everything up and slightly re-profiling the blade to account for a broken tip. I have it featured here under "Antique Blades" along with some other pieces that may be of interest: https://customknives.mystrikingly.com/

I was unable to get any specific provenience info about the dagger, but it is reported to be from the 18th century. I welcome any insights you may have about likely period and place of origin.

Honestly, the form is more mid 19th century. Generally with a horn, bone or wood grip. Post Georgian, imho. Often listed as gambler or prostitute dtrks, also noted as a standard for sailors.
