Testing cutting with Longship Armoury Nagamaki "Reborn" with 3 different gripping spans: 5 fists span with front hand on node, 4 fists span and 4 fists span with front hand on node.
Nice! Looks like the 5 fists span worked best for you.
Lancelot, impressive cutting and impressive weapon.

I hope that thing are well with you and family during a challenging time for many reasons.

Indeed! It felt the best during the cut, accelerates and stop the best. 4 fists span were supposed to be a "nonstop" setting, where the blade would roll over to the next starting position after each cut. But the lack of space in the environment caused me to stop at awkward spot. Still, the cutting feeling of 4 fists span is slightly weaker than the 5 fist span. I can feel the impact and deceleration way more.

Thanks. I'm safe for the moment, but lack of orders and income is straining me. My friend in Hungary died of COVID-19 related cause. :(

Glad that you are OK for now, but I assume that you are far from worry free ! Also condolences on the loss of a friend.

This virus is a bit like Russian roulette, for some people the hammer fall on an empty chamber, and mild symptoms, but for many unlucky people it falls on a loaded chamber when they get a serious version of the virus.

I read in credible news that they now have serious indications that you can't catch twice, which is relatively good news that eventually herd immunity is probable.

Well I hope it's true. There are many cases before that the "recovered" patients get tested positive again. Hope everyone here is safe.

Testing out a new theory on the "optimal cutting spot" with 4 Longship Armoury swords and it was successful.
