Hi all,

I have recently come into possession of a bunch of united cutlery decorative swords, Lord of the Ring stuff and stuff like it.

I am inTennessee.

I would like to sell these items but I am concerned about shipping these items across state lines. I met a man who claimed he was sued by Massachusetts several years ago for shipping a weapon into the state. I can't find what law he violated or if it still exists.

I have done some google searching for shipping laws, but all i can seem to find are Carry and Concealment laws. Do these laws affect shipping? Are there separate laws for shipping and shipping alone?

Is there supposed to be a database with state laws? or do i need to google individual states ,and if i do what laws am I looking for?


Sorry for my ignorance, I don't think i know enough to ask the right questions!
