Can someone please help me identify this dagger and orgin.
It’s sterling silver had a dragon on it. It also had a man with a bird helmet. It has a purple sapphire on on the end. It has gold markings on the back. It appears to be handmade. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks

You need to provide more photos with better clarity to have any hope of getting a response. Just cannot tell anything about it in the photo you attached except it looks more modern than antique.

Indeed! We can't really see anything in the very small image provided. A shot of the blade will also help a lot.
