This is an Albion Mark Del Tin and I am impressed with the finish on this weapon compared to my other Del Tin. It is a hefty weapon, but I enjoy it immensely. It has not been used for test cutting and light contact twice. If interested, I can send photos of the weapon itself. I love it, but need to make some space. It is a beautiful weapon.

Hi Mike,
Has the edge been sharpened or is it the standard Del Tin semi-blunt edge?

Hi Bill,
I'm Mike's study partner and friend so I've had some personal experience with that sword. It has the standard (unsharpened edge) and has seen only a handfull of light drills. The hilt components are also very solid since Albion assembled this baby in house :D Since there's a recent price hike and increased waiting list I'd say this is a good deal.
Thanks, Gary!
Let me know if you have additional questions. Gary beat me to it! ;)
Here are a couple of photos of the actual sword.

hello michael,
is this sword still available? have you sparred with it? if so are there any edge nicks? let me know. i've been looking at this sword for a while and may be in a position to buy it.
The sword is still for sale. It was used for light drilling with minimal contact twice. But no sparring. I basically wanted to get the feel for the weapon -- but I have an ADT 5140 that is more my speed for sparring and contact. This one (for me) was just too pretty to scuff up too much. There are some scuff marks, but no major dings or nicks. As you can see in the pictures that is it a nice weapon. I like it so much that it hangs up in our home.
