Affordable makers for late 14th century armour
I am currently putting together a late 14th century suit of armour, roughly around 1360-1410.
It will primarily be intended for personal use and re-enactment but I hope to be able to do HMB/Bohurt in it in the future so it will need to be suitable for that. I understand that there can be big differences between a historically accurate kit and one that is HMB legal so the way I will be taking on this project is putting together a suit that is focused towards being HMB legal but still as historically accurate as possible.
I already have a gambeson and padded hoses.

My budget is limited, I have a bit saved up but a lot will also have to come from selling stuff. I know that the cheaper you go the more quality you will have to give up, primarily in fit and finish, but I can't justify spending 1200 Euro on a helmet or a set of arms. As long as it functions properly and I can move around well in it I'm happy, aesthetics are of secondary concern. I am trying to get all the parts in hardened steel for safety, weight reduction and durability.

I have found plenty of armourers, especially in Eastern Europe but most of the better known and established are outside my price range.
I have found two armourers so far that are within my price range and seem to produce decent quality work.
Forge of Svan:

Andrey Galevskiy (sometimes written as Andrei Galevskyi):

Forge of Svan seems to be well represented in Battle of the Nations and other such HMB events and people seem to be happy with their stuff as far as I have been able to find.
I haven't been able to find any reviews on Andrey's work but judging from his pictures and video's his armour smithing skills and heat-treatment are good, especially considering his prices.

Does anyone here have any experience with these two makers? If so, what are your thoughts on their work?
Or are there any other makers in the lower price range that you can recommend?

I am currently discussing options with Andrey on a houndskull bascinet and a pair of gauntlets, pictures are attached to this post.
And these are the armour pieces I intend to purchase from Forge of Svan:

An important point for me is that I want to be able to put on the full suit by myself without any help but I would still like a rounded breastplate, hence the choice for the corazzina.

Finally, also feel free to comment on the historical time frame of the intended armour pieces. They should all fit within the intended time frame but the front-closing corazzina is giving me some difficulty in finding an adequately clear and dated sources.

I'd suggest posting this at the Armour Archive.
Thanks for the tip, I posted it there too.
