pattern welded blade, ladder pattern,
makers mark engraved and inlaid with silver and gold,
Assad Ullah cartouche on other side,
excellent scabbard with nickel silver fittings,
inlaid sterling silver springs to stich area on back,
horn and nickel silver hilt, browned steel cross guard,
blade length, 81cm
overall length, 96cm
blade width at guard 3cm
thickness at guard, 5-6mm
dry handled only, uncut with,
suffered a serious arm injury not long after receiving, it's too fine a sword to stay a display item, otherwise I wouldn't list it,:(
