He should try to figure out how to make this shield collapsible so could fit into a suitcase. Right now, because of it's size, it only really useful for Swat teams and riot control because of how encumbering it would for a regular patrol or civilian to carry around in daily life, or daily duties. Makes me wonder if there companies out trying to make bullet resistant backpacks.
