Gothic Bastard Sword with scabbard
Hello,
Recenlty I finished this longsword (late medieval).
All items are hand-made
Tooling scabbad, belting and grip.
Brass fittings and brass buckle.
The crossguard was very very laborious. It was one of most dtiffcult crossguard for me.
Inspiration for scabbard and sword you can see on the last photos.

Another one that just makes me go "wow!"
This is another fantastic commission. I saw this on Facebook as you were making it and was excited to see it completed. It looks great.
Great looking!
Now the one that is missing is the one on the right side in that museum photo. When will you do that one?
Thank you very much :)

When I will find some information about this sword maybe I will do it :)
Good idea !!!
Hello Mateusz
I noticed minimal wiggle shape crossguard that testify to manual labor.
For me they are testimony to the work master. I know how much effort it requires.
You have my respect. Beautiful work. Greetings Tomek

It is described in Oakeshott´s Records as XXa.1, but the blade length given there (86.4 cm) is way to short, it is huge, larger than the other two swords. I could provide photos, in you give me few weeks, Munich is not so far away and I wanted to visit the museum again anyway.
