Early pot-helm ...with raised "pot"
Hello :)

Here's my recent work...well, almost recent...
Early pot-helm..."the pot" raised in single piece.
It's interpration based on the duke of Swabia's seal - Heinrich about 1220.
According to the customer's directions I made a bit differend shape of eyeslots....and I fitted it to his head :)

Thank you Patryk again for your amazing work.
Actually the helmet has another two sources which is based on,but the main is the seal of the duke of Swabia Heinrich(1216-1220).
Both other sources are as well:

Patryk,

I just want to say that you are making some of the nicest helms on the market today. You really capture the historical form and your work gives a sense of authenticity.
Thank You very much for such good words ...I'm just trying to make good stuff :) ...It happens sometimes that the stuff is little bit better than good ...but sometimes little bit less maybe. Nobody is perfect

... and this means the true craftsmanship in my opinion. we are not machines but human - hand-made work is always unique and original - if the maker did his homework with the sources :)
very good work with your helmets, historical and true - keep doing this and don`t forget to share :)
