We tested a hardened steel bolted trinity weave maille sent to us by viewer as well as gambeson, silver soldered maille and 14 gauge heavy butted maille against a 70 pound draw bow with bodkin here are the results!

Can you share more information on the maille?. Pictures and manufacture info? I see a lot of videos like this as entertainment, albeit the targets and weapons are sometimes put into context.

Looks like you have tons of fun in any case, seems that even butted non-historical mail provides surprising amount of protection with thick padding.
