I've had my maximilian for a few years now, and I have to echo what Patrick said. I'm also 5'9'' and about 150 lbs, but I feel that with some more practice (I really don't get the chance to wield it much) I could use it. It's really not too heavy, and it balances very nicely and looks gorgeous, so unless you're short or rail-thin, there isn't any good reason not to have this sword.

Gorgeous sword. I'm at a cross roads between that or the Archduke. Anyone own or handle the Archduke? Can't seem to find any info or reviews on it.
