Has anyone put a mirror polish on their sword? I'm mostly interested in higher end production swords from the "three A's" but others are welcome too! I'd love to see what an Albion would look like in a mirror finish.

And what did you use? Auto sand paper and blocks?
Cheers!

A mirror finish is historical on some swords, as there are examples out there of antique swords that still retain a bit of the mirror polish in places.

In order to get a mirror finish I would personally polish up to the highest grit using wet/dry sandpaper then move onto abrasive cream.

Just a bump, does anyone have an example of a high end sword with a polished blade?

Google Rob Miller, he polishes his swords to mirror finish and is definitely a high end custom maker.
