Hi all,
I saw the Gjermundbu helmet and maille are well-known on this forum, but I would like to ask you to give me informations and picstures about other artifacts what were in the Gjermundbu grave. I found some discriptions (for example: http://nvg.org.au/article.php?story=20050923081703965 ) but I did not find further infos. And Google didn't help me a lot.

Sadly, there's no photographic proof of the Gjermundbu grave. Anyway, articles on archaeological excavations of Viking-era sites can be quite interesting to read.

There is a book with detailed illustrations (drawings) of the items. In Norwegian only, printed in 1947. You might find it online somewhere. I have seen it on Amazon several times.
