What do you guys think?

Note: first two lines of lamelar skirts is cover up with pterug's (this is a leather strips that decorate the armour) , is that a problem or its not a big deal?

Not bad at all!
Angel, you're one creative person.
I salute you. :D
Historical lamellar will typically overlap the other way. Lower rows will be on the outside of the upper rows. Your photos look like the rows are laced together fairly tightly, without much overlap - I don't think it makes much difference in this case.

Look at surviving Tibetan lamellar armours. There are quire a few out there, with original lacing. A search on Google Images will find some.
