I'm selling my antique Kris sword, probably from the Philippines, actual date unknown, but in the Spanish style, so likely as early as the very late 18th century or early 1800's. It is in decent condition, except for "battle damage" to parts of the edge (i.e. someone sword-fought edge to edge with it at one time in the past). The hilt is bone, cross is carved steel, ferrule and pommel are brass. Overall length is 31", blade is 25.5". There is a very slight wiggle to the cross, but hilt remains firm in the hand, no rattles. Blade appears to have been made with a very slight sabering. Edge has many sharp spots left. Finish has much patina ranging to light rusting, but as this is an antique, I have left it alone. I have never seen another sword quite like this, and I am offering it here at the more than reasonable asking price of $250, which will cover shipping, fees and insurance in CONUS. As always, I am open to offers. Thanks!
