quillons
hello everybody,
hi being a newbie at this , and am in the process of making my own 14th century sword does anybody know where i can get some information or piccies on quillons of the late 14th century.

As an interesting fact, the term "quillons" isn't really contemporary to medieval swords, but likely first appeared in the late 16th century. The more accurate term is probably "cross-guard", or simply the "cross".
