I am meeting with christian fletcher tomorrow to plan out a scabbard and I need to find a place that sells belt decor like buckles, rings, rounded nails, etc.

Kult of Athena has a number of belt fittings available, of fairly basic to decent quality. They may be sold out of a lot of pieces however so check first.
Leo Todeschini at Tod's Stuff has quite a few, more accurate but more expensive and you will be shipping from the UK. Pretty reliable though.
Arms and Armour *may* have some stuff? Not sure.
Allan Senefelder may be willing to talk; I know he's "out of business" but he might take you up if you ask. His stuff is fairly basic, i.e. probably won't have a whole lot of fancy brass castings, mostly formed wire and sheet, but it works. I won't speak for his availability though.
If nothing else-- Tandy Leather has some fittings, but they won't be very historic.
Ask Christian himself. I know he has fabricated parts often enough before. Though I imagine you may have asked and then blinked at the price, which may be why you're asking here...

Lorifactor (http://lorifactor.com/) in Poland has some very nice fittings. I obtained some excellent items based on early 15th c. examples found in Gdansk.

Armour & Castings and Lorifactor make great stuff, the lag time is about 1-2 months from the time you place your order until the box arrives in the mail. It is worth the wait.
Tod's Stuff has some really nice stuff as well.
Buckles are available from A&C and Lorifactor as well.
Other vendors for buckles include Historical Enterprises, Icefalcon, etc.
An search on the Internet should provide you with plenty more resources.

He has well researched and very good bronze castings of various buckles, strap ends and studs. I can really recommend him. I must have at least a kg of his bronze on my various pieces of kit 
There is nothing quite as sad as a one man conga-line...
