I know he did a lot of work to this piece, I just can't tell you what since I bought it for display and feel it should go to a better home and maybe see use. Silk on the ito has discolored from use or handling by someone, but It was such a light color im sure it didn't take much handling to do it, it adds a nice nihonto look to it which is why I was ok with it. Lacquer has some cracks in it, pictures should show it, nothing too major and not in the wood. Asking price: $700

Just finished re working this hanwei mushashi in December. Blade states have not changed from stock.
- tsuka shortened to about 11 1/2 inches, given a very predominant rikko shape
- Brown silk ito from Fred Lohman
- Autumn Chrysanthemum tsuba
- Shishi dog menuki
- Blackened brass Tensho kojiri
- Silk Reversible Ryu Korai Sageo

Hanwei Tiger katana, saya is at about 95%. it has a few small scuffs on it that i tried to get a picture of, i believe it can be buffed out. Blade is in near new condition, specially for it's age.
Tsuka was recently redone by Aaron Justice. Shortened to about 11.5 inches, same' lacquered black, and a blood red ito was added.
Blade is with bohi and dimensions remain the same from standard.
