BTW, Michael Beeching, don't know exactly where you are in NW Indiana, but if you are willing to drive for intermittent (weekly to monthly, say) training, there's the Chicago Swordplay Guild (in Chicago) where you can get Rapier and Longsword training or I teach classes in Kalamazoo, MI every other weekend (Fiore's Armizare). It's what many of us have had to do if we wanted to train.

Hello,
There's also a good SCA practice out there. Even if its not your style they really work on your conditioning and strength plus all that stuff is pretty fun.

ya,i would love to have this scanned document.can we post it here?are we allowed to do that?i just want everybody to have a chance to read it.
should i make another post to put what everyone find or have on the subject for everybody to enjoy and use?what you guys think advise?.thank you Keith i hope that is much a trouble for you.
Lance SCA it looks like it involves a lot of gear to buy which is gonna happen down the road.i will look them up.it does look like tones of fun indeed.better than a cardio workout for sure.
