langue de boeuf / Ox Tongue

Hi - not having much luck with google (not normally that lazy) so I thought I'd ask the question on here.

Does anyone have any pictures/illustrations of the langue de boeuf polearm (aka ox tongue)? I'm after surviving examples or manuscript images.
