Just my poorly educated guess, but I would say of Celtic Iron Age origin, maybe 300-100 BC. I'm basing this partly on the perforated form of the spearhead itself, partly on the context of the other artifacts, particularly the swords. As for where it was made, I couldn't say with any assurance- somewhere between Galatia and Britain.
Grip Fast.

I'd say Celtic Iron Age Britain. I wish a good maker would do some reproductions...Windlass...Hanwei...somebody. I'd buy a couple of 'em. ................McM
