Knives For Sale from Davisreproductions
Hello All,

I have been working on a project that has been on my bucket list since my visit to the Klingen museum, Solingen in 2010. This project includes small knives from the museum and a few from other collections as well. The knives are made of 1050 spring steel, bronze, and woods including kings’ wood and walnut. Each of the bronze elements are individually hand engraved and aged to highlight the details. I am offering them up for sale and each price below includes the scabbards.

A: Knife and pick set flower: 275 USD SOLD
B: Knife and pick set all bronze: 295 USD
C: Knife and pick set inlay: 275 USD
D: Full bronze and black scabbard: 320 USD
E: Kings’ wood tube rivet: 250 USD
F: Full bronze red scabbard: 385 USD
G-J: Kings’ wood panel and various motifs: 350 USD (each)

Please contact me via a PM or through my site via email. If any are interested I can provide the original photos that I took and worked from. The scabbard designs are loosely based on period art from various sources. I will be adding detail shots of them on my website soon so please check them out if you are interested. Also if anyone would like details shots of the scabbards or any details please feel free to ask and I will provide them.

-Josh

My word josh, those are all fabulous.

Fantastic work, it really is - congratulations on all of them.

That's a beautiful array of work there. Such nice details! Very impressive.
Thanks Tod!

It turned out to be more difficult than I thought and created a very fast learning curve. Overall it was very fun to just experiment and see how it all turned out...a lot of scraps made in the process ;)
As a 'back-yard knifesmith', I can tell you.....There are NO scraps. One mans trash is another mans treasure. Beautiful work!!! Bravo!!!..................mcm
By that, I mean that a potential knife or dagger blade can always be recycled into a sgian dubh or neck knife. I've done it dozens of times. ;) .............McM
Very nice knives!
Inspiring to see :-)
These kind of knives can be very time consuming to make.
I love these (enough that I did some math to see if I could afford them. Alas....). :)
beautiful Work Josh, true pieces of art.
Here is a link for some closer detail shots of the knives and scabbards. Enjoy ; )

Nice work man. Well done.
Very nice work, if I get some of the projects done that I'm working on here, I'll see if I can take one of these beauties off your hands. :)
