hello, my name is frank and i purchased this short thrust style dagger .
it is quite plain but is well made with brass and copper has wire wrapper grip and looks to be utility rather than a show piece
i bid on this knive cuz i never seen one like it and im having trouble finding out exactly what it is and how old it is, if u can help it is greatly appreciated. please see pics thanks . im waiting a response

Looks like a Toledo made decorative dagger (aka "wallhanger") from the second half of the 20th Century.
Can you post a picture of the blade?

I think, that it's a generic design of medieval wallhanger from Toledo. Perhaps a typical Spanish souvenir. These products are not reputable, nor in Spain.
I would suggest you the basic checks: You can try the type of steel of the blade. You can also check if the hilt is made on metal cast or in forged iron, and if the pommel has been screwed or riveted.
