I have for sale a mid 15th century hinged Milanese cuirass made by craftsmen of taurica.
I have used it for 1 season and have had it professionally cleaned up to its original condition. It is a fantastic shape, well built and sturdy with hand made historical buckles and hinges and oiled and waxed undyed veg tan leather straps.
I don't think you could commission a cuirass of this style and of this quality for less than $1200
I'm 6' tall with a 34" waist and 41" chest and it was made to fit me with a very slightly padded arming doublet and Maille sleeves.
